Gavin helped us navigate the NY housing market every step of the way as first time home buyers. As you can imagine, we were very intimidated and weren't familiar with the process. Gavin provided valuable advice and always answered all of our questions promptly. He was always available by phone, text and email. We never felt pressured to hurry our search or pick an apartment. I have worked with Gavin as I was purchasing a property in Brooklyn while living in San Diego. He was incredibly helpful and put me in touch with certain attorneys and 1031 exchange businesses. He answered every question I had and went even one step further to make sure that I was comfortable with the sale. I was buying the property for my niece who lives in Brooklyn and he, combed all of Brooklyn to find a place that she was happy with
