I have used this company for a couple of new installs. One was on a home that had been remodeled and a couple hundred square feet of heated space had been added. Lennox came by and gave me an estimate on replacing the existing unit, never went on the roof to inspect, and never mentioned needing more ductwork. Air-zona came in over a thousand less than Lennox, ran ductwork into the new area because they knew the old unit would not cool and heat that area without modifications. Very conscientious people, good with follow-up, and just an outstanding company. They even encourage you to get extra estimates because they know they are more fair than their competition. Even though they're their prices are more reasonable they insist on doing quality work. Very trustworthy.
