George explained in detail the cost of repairing my old unit versus buying/upgrading to a new unit and what this process would entail, from the removal of the old unit to the installation of the new unit..this really made my decision easy.
George is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely organized...this assessment comes after my first hand experience watching the project unfold. Every aspect happened in a timely fashion from George disconnecting the old unit, delivery of the new unit, the crane arriving/setting up, the craning of the old unit into the back of the recycling/disposal truck, the craning of the new unit into place, the final install including a new thermostat... and testing to ensure all is working correctly.
This entire project was "poetry in motion" .. George is outstanding. I highly recommend All Out! Cooling and Heating.

I am very happy with the service I received from your company. The youth men that came out to service my heat pump and AC were very professional and courteous and showed me everything that they did to my system. I had several questions and they answered everyone of them to my satisfaction. They changed my filters and did the routine inspection And we’re very respectful of my property.

Absolutely LOVE All Out Cooling and Heating. Our Nest thermostat went out today in 100 degree heat and we thought it was a simple fuse. All Out arrived within hours and found that our drain line was clogged and the safety feature shut down the unit. Tre, the nicest technician in Az, was incredible. So personable and professional. He got everything cleaned up quickly and cooling again. We signed up for their yearly maintenance “Georgie Flight Club” In addition to a ton of perks they will come out every fall and make sure our systems are ready to take on these hot Arizona summers.

My wife and I recently had the need to replace our HVAC system in the Casa Grande area. I am very careful when we are investing our money in the future so I did my due diligence and had several contractors visit and provide us with quotes. While All Out wasn't the lowest bid we received, we were incredibly impressed with the owner George and his commitment to impeccable customer service. We decided to invest in a new Daikin system, along with All Out's 12 year worry free warranty and I couldn't be happier with our experience so far and the quality of the young men (Trey and Cam) who performed the installation for us yesterday. They were diligent in their work ethic, highly accommodating to our needs and very respectful of not only us but our property as well, which is always a plus. I highly recommend you give All Out a try the next time you have a need and believe you'll be pleasantly surprised at their service. As with any major investment in our home, we have now initiated a new relationship that I suspect will last for decades. THANK GOODNESS, for All Out Cooling & Heating! Last week my a.c. unit was on the fritz. I had called out a few companies to come look it over. Both companies seemed pushy and borderline rude. They insisted I needed a complete new unit. Quoting me a ridiculous price. I was recommended All Out by a co-worker. Their office staff was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. She was able to get a technician out within a few hours! Marti arrived and reassured me that he would take his time and provide a proper diagnosis. Marti was able to isolate the issue in no time at all! He also explained to me the root case of the problem. Then, he provided me with a few options to get me unit working! Marti was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home!
