I enjoy shopping here. They have year-round events for learning about your garden. I religiously use the coupons I receive in the mail, and I like that there are no restrictions on how I can use them. They have an information center that has article and notes with really good tips on how to manage your garden and lawn. Very knowledgeable staff. Burton is super knowledgeable and has always helped me no matter what questions I have.
Notable: If you have a plant issue and bring a picture or sample of the plant, they can actually suggest ways to help your plant.
Membership: Gets you 10% off each time you shop. To get it, you must spend I believe $350 at a go or over 3 months period. You just have to bring all the receipt totally $350 (only if you don't spend that at a go)
Bulk: I buy my bulk soil here by the trailer load. They sell quarter, half, or a full load. I found it's cheaper to fill or top up my raised beds this way.

This is a great nursery! They have all sorts variety of plants and a lot of festivities that make it very lively and like a party all the time.
If you want the best customer service experience make sure you ask for Mary! She will treat you like an old friend, be honest with you, has a lot of knowledge, and make sure she gets the staff to wrap up your plants and put it into your car nicely. 5 Stars to Covington's nursery and especially since they have Mary on board!

Great place to go. Lots of beautiful flowers. However, I had a bad experience with the cashier. At first she asked if I had their phone number. I didn't. She told me to pay $8 or more ($3.99 each). I raised my concern that the registered price was only $1.99. She talked to her co-worker, then said it was $2.99. I paid. I checked the price again. It was $1.99 (30% difference). Anyway, no big deal, I went home with my flowers

Sarah Conger at Covington’s Nursery is the real deal! She helped me completely redesign my landscaping from new bushes and downspouts to improved erosion control. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Sarah really knows her stuff and gave me some great advice on plant choices and layout that fit exactly what I was looking for. She’s down-to-earth, professional, and made me feel like more than just a customer—I’d honestly call her a friend now. If you need help with landscaping, she’s the one to go to. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent nursery. Prices are fair and the staff are friendly, happy to answer any questions, and very knowledgeable about their plants. The entire place is huge! They have a greenhouse and large selection of flowers, shrubs, cacti, and more sitting on 18 acres of land. Many varieties of annuals, perennials, fruit trees, and more. So many options to choose from. Covington's also offers landscaping services and in-store pickup for online orders. Highly recommend.
