I reached out to Cronin for a quote to replace a combination boiler/water heater that came with my apartment when I purchased it.

During our initial call, their team took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and work involved. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, covering everything from the pros and cons of different unit types to the mechanics of the installation and the necessary city permitting.

Pat and Nick are true professionals - responsive, reliable, very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly explained everything they were doing when adjusting my 21 year-old Italian tankless water heater (including explaining how it works). Now I will no longer scald myself at the kitchen sink and I can finally run a bath without it going lukewarm after a few minutes. It is a real pleasure to work with them. And they are really friendly cat people to boot! (My cat concurs, and gives his highest seal of approval.)
