Jane is the best realtor in our area. She is extremely efficient, warm-hearted, helpful, hard working, and has many connections. We contacted Jane to help sell/rent out our house. She immediately facilitated a meeting with us, during which she inspected our house. Our house had some problems that needed to be fixed, and Jane was a great resource, as she had many local contacts that were able to repair those issues within the next two days. Once our house was put on the market, Jane was extremely responsive to text and phone calls whenever we wanted to contact her with questions. She has several assistants, who help her efficiently take care of our empty house. Jane and her team picked up our mail, helped us clean up for open houses, maintained the temperature, and do all they can to help us when we were living out of town. Even on weekends, her and her team did all they could to help us complete any chores when we were away. Whenever we got offers, Jane did all she could to negotiate on our behalf for the best possible deals. Jane is extremely efficient and will do all that she can to help out.

Jane is exceptional good at what she is doing. I have dealt with realtor agents a few times earlier. Most of them are good, but I have to say Jane is exceptional. Her judgments were very good, and advices were helpful. When I was doing research to find selling agent, I was skeptical when I saw she had sold 500+ houses. After I worked with her, I was impressed with her up to date knowledge of local market, and judgements. Whole process was smooth, and beyond my expectation. Highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
