Not a good experience with our agent lamie. Not recommended. He didn't show up for closing when we sold our condo he lied about his commission. After we signed the contract w him he wouldn't show up in many situations where the agent is usually needed and would threaten us that we signed a contract with him. I hope he gets the training that he needs
Yuliya Kazeyeva was truly exceptional.I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying in, and I’m so thankful I did. Yuliya Kazeyeva was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I already recommended her to my friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Yuliya Kazeyeva.
