Philip facilitated our apartment search for an international family move to New York (which on the surface could have been highly stressful) - and made it a breeze. With a general sense of what we were looking for, and with very little briefing, he was able to intuit and find what we were looking for in one short afternoon. He was highly adept at dealing with the negotiations, formal paperwork and facilitation and has checked in with us since to see how we have been. I would highly recommend Philip to anyone moving internationally especially and really anyone looking to make a move a pleasant and economical experience - ha!

We had a really good experience with New York Casas. Philip was friendly, helpful, had a lot of knowledge about the different neighborhoods and was extremely quick in his responses when we reached out any time of the day. While we did not have a clear idea at first what we were looking for, within a matter of days, he had pinpointed the type of place that was exactly what we liked and successfully found an apartment. We definitely would recommend Philip and his company to find a new place you'll love.

You will never meet anyone like Philip. His incredible blend of entrepreneurial spirit, drive, enthusiasm, and sense of possibility make him a joy to work with. Philip was very responsive and had a good ear for our wishes. That resulted in finding a perfect apartment in only a couple of days. Because the negotiations concerning price and other issues were dealt with in a quick and professional way we are able to move in earlier than expected. Also all his support regarding the paperwork we had to fill in is much appreciated. We highly recommend him!
