I was very satisfied with the job done by Billy. He came when he said he would and fixed the pipe that had burst very quickly. He also gave very good advice for what to do to prevent the pipe from bursting in the future (and gave the phone number of someone that could help) and answered all the questions I had related and unrelated to the job. He also taught me how to safely turn the water back on in my house. Would definitely call him again for any future issues and would recommend him if you are looking for any plumbing fixes.

Billy (Platinum Plumbing owner) is professional, efficient and provides good pricing. He cleans up the workspace after completing the job as well. He explains everything and answers questions with a great deal of patience.

We had an excellent experience with our plumber, Billy. Came promptly after our kitchen faucet plumbing failed, causing our dishwasher to flood the kitchen. The problem was diagnosed immediately and the new faucet was installed with no problem. Billy is knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to call Platinum again. Reasonable price, too.
