Alex did a quick & thorough work. He explained the issue clearly and was able to fix it in that visit itself. The estimate provided was also reasonable, comparatively less than another plumber's estimate. I would recommend and use R A Nichols for any plumbing issues in my house.

R.A. Nichols did a fantastic job with my recent Daikin Fit and furnace installation. It was a difficult job as space in my utility room was very limited. In addition to being a full system swap out, significant ductwork, plumbing, and electrical work was needed to complete the project. The RA Nichols team was prompt, courteous, responsive, and brought a full team of professionals each day to complete the work as quickly as possible. Looking forward to many happy years as a customer.

Service was scheduled smoothly and the service tech arrived early. Nick was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my Modine garage heater unit. Repair was done efficiently and expertly. Highly recommend RA Nichols for heating & cooling.
