So I woke up the other night and see this leak coming from my ceiling in my bathroom and there’s water just dripping down. I put a whole bunch of rags on the floor close my door and said who am I gonna call and I looked for best plumber in Long Island and Sal Manzo came up. I did send a text message that night and then that morning I called and left a message with the answering service and not too long after that, Debbie from the office called me who was awesome and gave me all the information that I needed to know and set up an appointment with me right away for one of there expert Plumbers Mike who did a phenomenal job came to my house exactly as scheduled was super polite super professional knew what he was doing explained everything to me. And at the very end, he fixed the problem and I am one happy customer and so thankful and blessed for such an honest company and I will definitely be using you guys in the future if I have any plumbing needs thank you again. Excellent service all the way around

Let me start out by saying that the service Mike performed was great. He was personable and really was just a cheerful guy. He recommended a flush of the system (which was overdue) as a first attempt to fix our problem and did a great job with it.
Unfortunately the issue I had was tricky to diagnose and over 3 days and 3 visits Sal Manzo said they would have to charge $275 additional to call Laars directly and ask them for help on diagnosis, which was declined.
Like car mechanics, this field gets diagnostics wrong time to time, it happens. Trying to charge for a re-diagnostic and blaming the customer after 3 attempts is ridiculous.

I called Sal Manzo plumbing to fix my dryer vent hose for my gas dryer and let me tell you I would recommend this company for anybody who is having any plumbing, heating, or cooling issue in their home. The receptionist on the phone was able to get me a same day appointment for a technician to come to my home. The technician Mike came earlier than the expected time and was very clean, nice, honest, and professional. I would use this company again for any future plumbing issues in my home.

Called for a Problem I was having with my fire-on-demand boiler. I was sent an email of a picture of the technician that was coming,along with a timeframe,for that same day.
Received a text early in the timeframe, that the technician will be at my residence shortly.
Dave came,diagnosed the problem and got my burner back on track.
Dave is a top notch professional at his trade.
I was extremely impressed.
Definitely an asset to your Company Mr Manzo!
