I sent him some pictures to show the type of unit we have, and he promptly called back to say he could come over soon. Just ten minutes later, we found that the pilot light wouldn’t stay lit, but he quickly got the necessary part, and we had heat again. He was friendly and answered all my questions, making me feel comfortable and confident in his service. Plus, he showed up wearing a mask and followed safety precautions. We will definitely be contacting him to schedule regular maintenance for our units.

Our kitchen sink drain was slow, so I decided to book an appointment online for the next day. The technician arrived about 30 minutes after the scheduled time, just as I was informed would happen. Colin, our technician, was very friendly, polite, and took great care of our home. He cleared our sink drain in about half an hour and even showed me that it was completely clear by quickly running a lot of water down the drain. The six-month warranty provided really reassured me that the job was done right. While the prices are a bit high, Colin applied a coupon to help reduce the cost, which I really appreciated!

I am very pleased! The team from Adam & Sons Plumbers came out to replace a 4-inch sewer section that I initially thought only had a root issue. They found that the existing clay pipe was completely crushed. They tackled a previous poor repair job done by another company and replaced the entire section. The work was done flawlessly, and they kept me informed all day. Now I have a clear understanding of what the replacement involved, as well as the condition of the nearby tree's root system. I highly recommend their services!

I contacted Adam & Sons Plumbers, and they responded to my call promptly. They sent someone out right away to evaluate the plumbing issues and completed the repairs in just 2 business days. The team was professional, clear in their communication, and kept everything clean and tidy. They fixed a gas fireplace that wasn't lighting, repaired two bathroom faucets, addressed a leak under my sink, and relocated a poorly placed kitchen filter line. When moving the filter line, they thoughtfully considered how to position it for my convenience. I can't recommend them highly enough. They mentioned they just started in the residential sector, and I wish they had done this sooner for the community. They were also the first of several calls I made to respond and offered the quickest appointment time.
