We had been searching for almost a year to find the right home. The New Jersey market was very challenging because each county and neighborhood had different pricing expectations. We loved Montclair and learned that buyers should anticipate paying substantially over the ask there. Skyler was very patient with us even when we were about to give up. We ultimately found our dream home and she was able to help us move quickly on it. She had a very detailed offer process and package. She gave us comps and even an estimation of highest price range that we could pay to secure the deal. No one wants to feel like they’re bidding in the dark. We had such a smooth transaction. Thankfully the inspection which could be a nightmare went much better than we thought for an older home. Today we are so grateful because we really thought we were going to give up and wait and now we’re SO happy in our perfect home.

Susan sold us our home 8 years ago and we kept track of her until it was time for us to sell. We ultimately decided to use her as our listing agent. We've said many times that it was the BEST decision we made. Not only is she incredibly professional in all aspects, she's extremely organized and has an amazing team behind her. The contractors she gave us were awesome. Her wisdom and integrity were very comforting in a stressful situation. We would use her again in a second.
